We use your details to respond to your enquiry. Sending a message does not make a booking or subscribe you to marketing.

How we handle your enquiry

Kevin Martin operates Stay Near and is responsible for the personal information you provide. We use your name, contact details and message to respond, take steps you request before an agreement, and manage correspondence. Our legitimate interests are answering questions and running this website.

Cloudflare hosts and protects this form and processes its delivery. Messages are delivered to our Gmail inbox. We do not use these enquiries to sign you up to marketing. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any related record-keeping obligations.

You can ask about your information, request access or correction, or request deletion by emailing enquiries@bedfordstayfinder.com. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office. Cloudflare Turnstile checks device and connection information to help prevent spam; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
